Fantastic opportunities come to our members. As well as our monthly meetings, and we regularly have the opportunity to attend previews of British Museum exhibitions, get involved with a lively Social Club which includes going to theatre performances, exhibitions, walking tours, talks to mention just a few. If you would like to come along to the next meeting email the LWEWI so we can welcome you (we won't turn you away if you don't email!). There's a charge of £5 for non-members, and your first meeting is free. On-going WI Membership costs are here, Please contact us if you'd like to join, and we can send you the membership form and payment details after you have attended your first meeting for free.
We are a member of the Middlesex Federation of Women's Institues (MFWI). MFWI support us in keeping our WI running and attend our AGM to ensure it is run properly. They also provide regular in person and on-line activities such as craft classes. There is a regular MFWI newsletter which LWEWI occasionally contribute articles to. Membership of LWEWI also entitles you to 8 copies a year of WI Life Magazine, published by the NFWI, which is packed full of articles, news, recipes and craft ideas.
